Nectar - Employee Recognition

My new workplace uses Nectar for employee rewards and recognition. I can genuinely say that Nectar has the ability to transform the culture within a company. The constant micro recognition from coworkers has helped me to feel engaged and like I belong on the team. It’s been a night and day difference compared to other platforms that past companies have used. People actually USE Nectar and now I see why! To top it all off, this app is simple and easy to use. Knocked it out of the park.

Nectar is such a good tool to boost morale in the work place and help people feel valued and appreciated at work! I love that they have an actual app so it’s really easy to do it all from my phone right when I think of the shoutout or I can be in the store and decide to redeem a gift card. So user friendly!

The best app!

I love Nectar and think the platform is amazing! The app has had a ton of improvements over the last few months, but there are still a few missing features. If would be amazing if swag and Amazon were available in the app!!

Ive been using nectar for 2 months now at my company and sending and recieving shoutouts of thanks and encouragements from coworkers has created a great culture at work. The app also works great and gets regular updates

Great when it works, but too many times it won’t let me login because the Auth Token expired and you can’t login from any device, incognito or not. Sorry coworkers, I really wanted to send you points but they won’t let me.

This was recently rolled out with our company, and it’s been so fun to give out points! I love reading the feed to see what people are sharing about others. It’s a great way to visibly share accomplishments big and small. I love this program, and just wish I had more points to give out each month!!!!

It’s so easy to use and I can give recognition on the go when I’m not in front of my computer!

I will admit. At the beginning it felt like there were a lot of bugs, but they have been updating the app and it has been getting better. They even mentioned adding more features in the future. But it’s great to quickly apply to challenges and shout out my co-workers!

the service is excellent, work on the application, there are errors in the iPhone SE (3, 2022) the application crashes when selecting a company, in the “REWARDS” item
