This apps freezes as soon as I click on anything. I have to turn off the phone to access it again. Probs deleting today.

Whew! This is a BUGGY app!! I can’t even edit my name, that’s how low tier the bugs get.

Very bad UI. Cannot fill out questions. Try testing on all platforms.

My friend and I were having a lot of fun filling out the questionnaires and comparing answers until we realized that the answers they were displaying for the “friend” were completely different from what was actually answered by the friend. For the some categories too they have the wrong questions entirely displaying in the comparison section. We’re very disappointed since this seems like the entire point of this app to see compatibility scores with friends and the results are very misleading.

Was extremely excited to use app after watching YouTube video but app is stuck loading. Please fix for utilization

Yall keep promoting this app in your videos but I can’t even open the app. Its stuck on the first screen and I don’t have time to wait 10 minutes to open the app??? Fix it

I tried to download it but I couldn’t even access it cuz it was taking forever and I don’t have time for this.

A few weeks ago I wasn’t able to get past the first screen where you enter your email because there was no button to confirm, or next, or anything. Today I checked again and there was a next button for the login with email or mobile number page, but then on the page where you put your name and username… you get stuck because there’s no button again! I literally cannot access any of the content of this app. Disappointing. Using on iPad.

I don’t know what’s happening cause no one else seems to have the issue but it’s not letting me go fully in the app I put my phone number in and it won’t do anything and so I tried to use my email instead but it didn’t work but if you can help me know what to do or how to deal with it let me know cause I would love to have this app and I watch your channel too so I know it would be nice to see how the app goes.

It’s logged me out of my account numerous times and for the past week i haven’t been able to sign back in, i input my information but can’t even click enter or anything, i do love this app and getting the weekly updates but what good is a nice app if i can’t even log into it????
