An essential device !

The monitoring system is great but timely delivery of propane is lousy! With the whole house generator and you don’t ever know when a power outage may occur and your tank goes below 26 percent the generator could consume all of the remaining propane and leave your heating system go out and freeze pipes when your gone! 5 stars for the monitoring system 1 star for timely propane delivery!

Stops updating levels after a time. My provider can see actual value but as a consumer the level hasn’t updated in months. Just stays at 50%. I have to call provider and ask them, they can see the actual value. Don’t bother with this app.

Would be nice to have an API to access my data for Metrics and automation purposes. Let me know if you’re interested in working on this. Contact Unwone at Discord. Thank you!

There is no indication of how fresh the data is, is my tank reading 30 seconds old or 5 hours? The link to get a propane refill returns a server error. The “send email” button seems to use an ancient email that nobody responds to. The graph is almost useless, it just repeats the names of the month, zooming in doesn’t change the time scale, it doesn’t show dates or times. The only reason I give it two stars is because I don’t have to go out in -40 to check the gauge. I want to like this app, but it needs some serious attention.

Does everything as advertised, takes a couple days to get the percentage right with the monitor. The graph is a nice feature but the bottom or month part of the graph never moves correctly when you zoom in to go into a more detailed view. It moves the fill ups back further in time. Hope someone actually reads this to make an update to fix it.

App doesn’t keep up with current tank readings. Updating app provided correct reading but no new readings after that. App has permission to work properly. Deleting a tank and adding back in will get correct reading but app does not update tank reading to match the portal volumes. Nice idea if it starts to work correctly

The graphic of the propane tank does not display current tank contents .

This has been a great APP until yesterday. Now the first page can’t be resized and the choices at the bottom are not visible/selectable.
