Brand new ducted a/c , app will not connect to wi fi. And yes, it is the updated version…

Initially the app was crashing all the time but with recent updates and fixes it has significantly improved and stable . Easy to use as well. Have been using on iOS from quite some time and never had the crash in past few weeks

This app hardly works. Every button click result in “Network Timeout Error (504)”. The worst thing about actron neo ecosystem is this app. Doesn’t do what it says on the tin.

Performance has improved with new version better response to commands.

“Your system seems to be offline. Please check the status of your wall controller.” This happened all week, up to this morning 7:20am 3rd June 2024. I’m so over it

Neo connect features are user friendly and easy to control aircon or any room temperature from your mobile from anywhere. I really liked the new version. Well done ActronAir.

Always shows offline and have to walk to wall controller to turn on, just been using the app for 1 week only and now I am unable to fix it even when I tried uninstall and install back

When I first got this app, it was buggy and unusable as described by the other reviews. After calling Actron support, turned out that the firmware on my control panel was out of date and unsupported. Once Actron remotely updated all the firmware to the latest version, this app has worked flawlessly for months. Make sure you update on the neo controller and other system firmware! Feature request -- please add the ability to edit schedules through the app!

I had previously rated this app 1 star because it deserved that and less but the new update has fixed the major connection error we all had. It works almost instantly now! Appreciate the company hearing us out.
