It’s not working which let my child stay awake until 12 pm everyday because of this app loading 😡

As a parent, I have used about 5 different educational apps. Last school year I didn't have as many problems with NEO as I have since the last update. Now it is more difficult to find things and push notifications do not arrive, you have to be entering at all times and searching in too many places. The risk of overlooking something important is very high.

Honestly this application lags a lot and is so confusing and so over ratted

This app is very broken. Sometimes, assignments won’t turn in, can’t add attachments, and at times hard to navigate

This app lags, so many bugs, they never fixed anything, everything is hard, and it’s so bad, this app is such a knock off, it’s the worst I hate it and I do not recommend 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

This app has come a long way. The improvements made have allowed our students to gain access to their assignments without having to be connected to a network. It is also easy to upload assignments using the app. I can’t wait to see what other improvements they will release in the near future.

App is really bad, just use the website

Hey there, students of the App Store, I have a proposal to you, as you know, if an app receives enough 1 star ratings, the App Store usually removes it, so, let’s make just that, let’s shut down this app!

It’s so GLITCHY AND I GOT A NEW PHONE THINKING IT WOULD NOT BE AND IT STILL IS AND IS SO HARD TO USE AND THE WEBSITE IS ALSO REALLY BAD

When the app runs slow and you tap on a button twice it locks you out while telling you to take a break from your work. This would be so bad if it wasn’t how I get my lesson read on the go. The app needs to go back to its original setup.
