NeoTrack - School Bus Tracking

I am contacting the team for last couple of days about issue in wrong route, wrong pickup and drop. No response on any channel. Whatsapp and email - no response.

My query regarding the usage was resolved with a prompt action by the team. Thank you so much. It’s an amazing app where the school bus movement can be tracked with utmost ease.

Better than previous vendor, however there is lag in showing the accurate location.

App is reliable now, have come a long way to improve it. Though some features like adding a bus number which are missing now, was there earlier, it was a good option, why it got removed. We as a parents are depended on the 2 buses for a child, and some times based on the bus change we had the flexible of updating the bus number Please reintroduce the same

I guess schools should wait till maturity, we have hard time catching the current location of school bus.

Most useless app I have every seen. Nothing works

Best to track the school bus in the busy morning schedule and it’s helpfull to avoid hurry burry in the boarding time .
