Why do we need to watch a T-Mobile advertisement before streaming despite paying $30/month? Also, app won’t stay on in the background. It will close itself and you need to restart and watch and other advertisement

Is exactly what it should be — NESN direct for cord-cutters! Sure a few features could be improved here and there — but by and large this app performs exactly as advertised. Thank you for creating this way for folks like me to watch the B’s and the Sox!

They’re very unclear as to what TVs they work on. I paid for an annual subscription and did not know it would not work on a Samsung TV called immediately about the issue and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I’ve been fighting to get my money back, awful, awful, awful, awful, awful awful customer service. You can’t even get a senior person on the phone to help you with your complaint they just send you an email denying your refund.

For $30 / month this should work better. I love NESN and don’t want to pay for cable so I’d love for this option to work. I’m willing to pay to watch the Sox in high quality, and unfortunately this app is anything but high quality. Not sure of the problems - but I believe in you guys, you can make this better!!

It’s inexcusable that a company would charge $30 a month for an app that consistently has issues almost every time you use it. NESN 360 is in need of a MAJOR overhaul.

Latency issues, audio cut outs, video interruptions, you name the technical issue and this app probably has it. Not only is the subscription priced ludicrously high, but about 50% of the games I try to stream through this app are disrupted one way or another due to the poor engineering of this app. Get your act together, Nesn.

App will cut away to ads during game and not return in time. Saturday against the Brewers it went to ads with 2 outs in the ninth, and didn’t come back until the game was over. Did this throughout the game. Missed a lot of action. Also, they show the same ads again and again and again. Enough to make you crazy.

The advertisements get stuck in a loop in between innings. Then when you manually refresh, you’re forced to watch *another* ad before it loads in. Can’t relax between innings and need to manually refresh. Extremely high price for such a bad product.

started setting a timer between innings because the same 5 commercials will play for 10 minutes causing you to just miss the game completely.

I’m watching the St Louis game. Between innings we get several minutes of commercials that overlap the start of the inning. The video starts and there are already two outs? I pay $30/month. I’d think you could get by without extra commercials. I will stop paying of this continues.
