Love this app, easy to use. If only they add in tracking would be a lot better.

Easy to use app. No issues so far.

I wishh nespresso would add additional features to keep track previos ordered coffee taste notes, some sort of coffee passport, with the abundance of choice, its hard to remember which capsules that i like

Very unfriendly app it will stop to response or give u no answer when u do something not predictable as if by the app Pls consider add more mode of payment as user we don’t like to key in credit card detail for each app , and pay pal is not commonly used in MY. shall include E-wallet or apple pay

I hope the app will be updated to incorporate payment using ApplePay.

First time app user and it’s been a breeze ordering coffee via the app.

However, I would like to have live tracking information within the App for easy tracking.

The App is great and easy to use, payment is secured and products arrive within the stated time. Areas that can improve my user experience ( Malaysia region ) : 1. Exchange machine program - will this be made available ? And can it be done via authorized dealership 2. App could gently remind use to allow push notifications so that a loyal user will not miss out on the gift program 3. Can the gift program be extended around the year instead only on festive periods ? In China at the pop up stands, there is always gifts of collectible items based on min spend 4. App promotions could also be ‘popped’ up as message / post that is un-read on App That is my feedback
