Excellent Service and Flawless Process
I have been Customer to Nestaway since 1 Year, Onboarded my 2-Bedroom Apartment without any issues, Process was smooth and Crystal Clear, Every month Rent will be credited on 1st day, What-else you need as an Owner. Interaction with Area Manager was good, highly Professional and they are pretty well aware of the Area they manage and self sufficient to handle all tasks, I have to mention my Area Manager Tippu Sultan, who was very helpful and excellent Customer Support, Would like to take this opportunity to Appreciate the Experience/Support provided by him. All the Best for your future Business.

They don’t find tenants and when I forward them details, they don’t make appointments to show the flat.
Hopeless and an organised Chios
Few of my properties are managed by Nestaway after the merger with zenify. The following key issues: 1) Struggling to list my new houses. No one bothers to list new houses... 2) No one bothers to tell owner when tenant leaves. 3) No one bothers to work in getting new tenant. Wondering about their growth and revenue generation plan as it seems to be a “organised Chios” in the system.

Abdul khuddus really helped me to process the refund within my timeline and he recover the amount from the owner very quickly

Disappointing
I have stayed in a Nestaway property. They don’t listen to any of your complaints. Also they provide bad quality furniture at the start and when you leave, they charge you for the very same item saying that you spoiled it.
