Every week i have to call 5 times to follow up the delivery. Never comes on the expected day never…. I regret …. The application always gives wrong information

I’m a regular Nestle Waters user and everytime I got into the app, I have struggle to find the 50 coupon option with discount!! The app should shpw me my previous shopping so that I can easıly renew it!!! Moreover, I can’t find that option at all!!?? This Nestle app developers truely do not work to improve this app!!

I just wanted to order water, it shouldn’t have been too hard! It takes time and time.. I created an account and wanted to get 2 gallons but there wasn’t an option so I accepted 5 gallons subscription but it directed me to another subscription option which is 20 gallons! I can’t believe it!
