Downloaded app and it only worked three times, now it’s not working

Wish bmw woukd stop using it. Let’s me log in once no problem but then after that everytime ai click accept it says “timed out” i have iphone 15 and that latest version of ios.

Does not work on iPhone 15 pro max with iOS 17

It sends the signal and I press “accept”, then it goes to Timeout every time right afterwards and I have never been able to log in.

Update: ow does not function at all with iPhone 15. Starting recently I no longer receive a notification on phone or Apple Watch when there is an authenticator to accept. I confirmed in phone settings notifications are still on for the app.

Sometimes when I open the app to accept the login request, instead of the PIN screen, I get a blank white screen. I have to force close the app and reopen. Usually trying a second time lets me in, but sometimes it takes a few tries. I tried the App Support button here in the App Store, but it goes to a website that's apparently the support page for dozens of products, so after a few minutes of poking around for a place to submit a ticket, I gave up. I certainly haven't had a one star experience like some other reviewers, but it's occasionally glitchy and it's difficult to contact support.

This app had been working flawlessly on my iPhone 12. I recently upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro but when I try to add authentication to my new phone with the QR code is locks up and doesn’t add it.

it says 3gb of documents and data. it’s a 2fa app. it shouldn’t need more than a few mb.

It always crashes on my iPhone SE.

Why does a very basic 2fa app take up 1.6 GB of space on my phone?!?
