Netrin Enhance

Netrin has been nothing short of amazing to accompany in my running journey. Training plans ensure that you don’t under-train or overtrain there by avoiding injury or fatigue. The accountability partner and the virtual coach also keep a close tab on the progress and tweak the training plans accordingly. This has been a wonderful journey so far with Netrin and would continue until I reach my goal of competing for a full marathon.

I’m glad I got introduced to Netrin. The app has a unique blend of tech and human element where you are guided by experienced coaches and an accountability manager who makes sure that you are consistent in your workouts everyday. I have seen massive improvements to my heart health, lifestyle conditions and weight. Workout to me previously meant mindlessly working out and exhausting yourself. But I was shocked to find out that heart conditioning is the right way forward which yields better and faster results without overexerting yourself. The app also has cool features to track your readiness for the day, training load, HRV, Netrin heart score and resting heart rate with personalised guidance and plans tailored specifically for you. If you are reading this then I would highly recommend you to give it a shot without a second thought!

Most of the runners run with their own knowledge. They never know whether it’s right or wrong, and they end up with injuries. Even I made that mistake. But with the support of Netrin, I feel I am doing it the right way. There are a lot of heart monitors available, but Netrin provides additional support and follow-up. My experience was great with Netrin.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Netrin and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the comprehensive report content to the user-friendly interface, to personal performance improvement every aspect of the training is top-notch. From not be able to run a 5k at a stretch, I did my personal best in timing of 21kms at TMM this year. I have been working out (weight training/Functional Training) for almost 25 years & I thought I new everything connected to weight training, Workout forms, Techniques etc but Netrin helped me correct a lot of my misconceptions. With the help of Heart rate based training by Netrin & expert coaching I saw a drastic improvement in my athletic performance, Injury prevention, Form correction & overall had a strategic approach to my Fitness goals & performance enhancement. I am a runner since 2018 and I have been using Netrin from middle of Feb 2024 and I am happy that my performance and HR adherence to the plan is getting better everyday! I am happy with the progress and would get back with for information by the end of this year!
