Netspend Skylight ONE

I know it’s a pay card, but I have many problems with this bank. On top of not being able to write a check without removing all of my money, I can’t move it between banks at all. I can only take it out. My main problem is when it comes to ordering a new card. I lost my card, so I decided to order a new one. I was unable to do so after many tries so I called customer service. they ordered me a new one and I payed $25 to have it arrive in 1-2 business days. my money was STOLEN. I needed this card because I’m going on vacation and I have literally no way to access my money until it arrives. Instead, it just says it’s going to arrive within 7-10 business days and by that time I won’t be home. I’m very disappointed and there’s not even a place I could find that would let me submit a complaint or get a refund.

This is my second review that I have to write because I honestly love this bank. I just deposited a check into my bank by taking a picture of the check and it only cost a few dollars to instantly transfer it. Thanks net spend. Now I’m finding out Apple Pay is available? Yay.

I got charged 1.25 TWICE for supposedly putting in the wrong pin when my pin has never been changed

Set up the card, now it won’t accept username and password?? I screenshot that after filing, so as not to ever lose or forget it. Now, not only is the card not working, but my money isn’t on it either!!! Terrible!!!!

keeps telling me my information isn’t up to date. won’t let me close my account.

I’ve barely started my account with them and I’ve been trying to get my paycheck that’s due to me a whole 2 weeks ago. That’s going on a month and I still haven’t gotten my paycheck smh . Very sad , embarrassing to me and my family. I’ve spoken to over 20 representatives just to be told wait six hours for the verification team. Ok well I waited for 2 days for a response and nothing. I’m not really sure if this is a legitimate bank . How they done and handle so many peoples money and stolen paychecks. How are they still in business?? I’m reporting to the FEDERAL BUREAU ASASP!! There’s no need to report , them if they’re not going to fix anything or return your money back to you. Geez you guys are definitely getting the love from loyal customers that you are robbing them out of their money. I JUST WANT WHATS MINE !!! GIVE ME MY PAYCHECK!!!

worst app ever I lost my card. I’m trying to login to lock and cancel my card. The app is no longer working. The website says there’s difficulties so right now I’m at a loss of words.

So i saw all of the reviews on here saying how it was a crappy bank and im starting to realize the comments were all true. I tried to verify my card and i gave them all of my information, they took money out of my card after that. And the app doesn’t work either. Terrible place to bank with, be warned.

Should be 0 out of 5 stars. Customer service was okay until I wasted an hour of checking and changing account information only to be told well after the fact that my account was “ineligible for bank transfer,” granted that’s on my employers side, but I could’ve saved time and made progress resolving the issue of needing to use two different ATM’s to transfer funds every time a lot faster if I had been told the correct reason why I’m unable to add my bank account to my Netspend account and card. No information can be changed in the app, you’ll need to waste your time calling customer service to change or add anything. Not user friendly at all.

I don’t have a choice as our restaurant partnered with netspend! And I’ve never had so many issues and the customer service on the phone is….. Yikes! I can’t access my $ and no one can help me. Everything looks ok on their end! Well of course, while I’m Sitting here as an adult wonder how to get my money without paying an atm every time! Super super disappointed!!!!!!!
