NEURO WELLNESS

This dedicatedly designed self-help app brings together Traditional Chinese Medicine's
(TCM) Five Elements theory and Western biopsychosocial perspectives to offer a holistic
approach to mental health enhancement and recovery. Each Elements, i.e., Wood, Fire,
Earth, Metal, and Water, is linked to specific emotions and mental states, helping users
understand the physical root of their emotional imbalances and guiding them toward
ultimate harmony and health.
Meanwhile, the app incorporates evidence-based tools from Western mental health
practices, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness exercises, and insights
from neuroscience. These are integrated into personalized recovery plans to address a
range of mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, PTSD and more.
By combining ancient Eastern wisdom with modern scientific approaches, Five Elements
Wellness provides users with a comprehensive, integrative tool to support their mental
health journey.

1. The health consultation answers provided by doctors on "NEURO WELLESS" are only used as health consultation advice for users' reference, but do not serve as a basis for diagnosis, confirmation, or treatment, nor do they become any legally binding written proof documents. They cannot replace doctors' face-to-face consultations and hospital diagnoses. If the user uses this as the basis for diagnosis and treatment, any negative effects or even losses that may arise from it shall be the responsibility of the questioner, and the "NEURO WELLESS" platform shall not be held responsible.
2. Users on "NEURO WELLESS" have the right to independently choose whether to comply with the disease diagnosis, treatment plan, medication advice (including electronic prescriptions) made by the physicians of Neuro Wellness Institute Inc. If the user fails to comply and does not obtain drugs for treatment through the medical institutions cooperating with "NEURO WELLESS" Neuro Wellness Institute Inc, even if the user conducts relevant medical activities on platforms or institutions outside of Neuro Wellness Institute Inc based on such treatment plans or electronic prescriptions, "NEURO WELLESS" and Neuro Wellness Institute Inc, as well as doctors, shall not bear corresponding responsibilities. It is recommended to seek medical advice before using the NEURO WELLESS service or making any medical decisions.
3. "NEURO WELLESS" cannot guarantee the scientific and correct answers of doctors. The platform is not responsible for any negative impacts that may arise from this. However, "NEURO WELLESS" strives to confirm that all doctors providing answers are certified practicing doctors with certain experience and foundation in the industry and professional field, and have corresponding systems, norms, and requirements to constrain and assess doctors. Doctors are urged to follow the principles of science, professionalism, and correctness as much as possible when providing services on "NEURO WELLESS".

2.「NEURO WELLNESS」上用户有权自主选择是否遵由Neuro wellness institute Inc的医师做出的疾病诊断、治疗方案、用药意见（包括电子处方）等，如果用户未遵从并且未通过「NEURO WELLNESS」Neuro wellness institute Inc合作的医药机构获取药品进行治疗的，则即使用户依据该等治疗方案或电子处方在Neuro wellness institute Inc以外的平台或机构进行相关医疗活动的，「NEURO WELLNESS」和Neuro wellness institute Inc以及医生不承担相应责任。建议在使用「NEURO WELLNESS」服务之外以及做出任何医疗决定之前，务必寻求医生的建议。
3. 「NEURO WELLNESS」不能保证医生回答的科学性和正确性，由此可能引发的任何负面影响，「NEURO WELLNESS」平台不予以负责，但「NEURO WELLNESS」竭尽全力确认所有提供回答的医生均系认证过的执业医生，在行业和专业领域内均具备一定的经验和基础，并且有相应的制度、规范以及要求约束并考核医生，督促医生在「NEURO WELLNESS」上提供服务时应尽可能遵循科学、专业以及正确等原则。@李世杰
