Perfect one-stop app for mental health
The insights that Clara offer is quite accurate I would say, and it reflects the changes of my mental stage quite well. I also love how it features many different types of exercises, like meditation, stretching and thought exercise (vs other apps that may only focus on meditation), so there is something for everyone. Tracking and interventions all in one✨
