Cheats me out of my wind

For last several months ..does not add on my big wins. And then add pops up for a different slot game and I can’t close it. I have to turn my phone off and restart it. All messed up

when winning a iarge amount of coins it is not added to the total. Most of the time. Resetting does not help this issue. Many nicknames have been used must have issues.
