Why is there a separate app from Ticketmaster? I can't find my tickets

The giant app needs a complete overhaul . From the front page on the look isn’t appealing. Also there needs to be more videos with better updating on regular basis as far as content is concern. Nothing exciting has changed on this app which I’m not surprised. Just as the giants did not evolve with the GM office with the software and how the main office was set up . The same with app .. Very uneventful looking app for such a dynamic franchise… By the way I am diehard Giant fan as well.

Difficult to find my tickets than it was before, new system is not as good.

Ticket section now launches into a Safari browser out of the app. Tickets are not able to viewed in the app. This needs to be fixed for the season.

It’s five stars bc u have a lot of features it’s my favorite team by heart and just u get updated with everything that happens

Would prefer more written content like mailbags or analysis rather than video mailbags or content. I’m 39 and would much rather read in bed or on the couch than watch a video with volume for all to hear. Easier to skim through too.
