Why aren’t you accepting bank payments? Why am i forced to pay 15% tax when it’s your fault!

Loyalty points are deducted even if the order payment fails, which it seems to do a lot when paying by JazzCash/Easypaisa. This issue has existed for a long time and needs to be fixed. Hundreds of rupees being wasted every time a payment fails.

Third class service and delivery, got my delivery in 2 hours. Tried every pizza brand in isb/raw never been disappointed this much. Other brands do not take more than 30 - 40 mins max.

Please fix my app because card payment doesnt work neither easy paisa.

Foolish staff and bkws test

One of the worst apps used so far till date, no discount code works when placing orders. Tried Grab-20 and guess what while placing order all of the sudden error occurred and the order was not placed and the code has been used. Similarly, used loyalty points and guess what again while placing the order an error occurred and order was not placed but the Loyalty points have been utilised.

It took them 4 hours to deliver and pizza was cold. Support didnt event bother answering call while on app they updated delivered in 20 mins. What a waste of time. I am talking about Gulberg Green Islamabad Branch.

Whenever I choose to pay via card the app crashes and now on cash on delivery I have to pay 15% GST instead of 5% which was available only on card

Pathetic app. The OTP never works. After multiple attempts, the OTP never gets verified even though it's being automatically being fed by the phone. The address shows an error. A pathetic attempt to direct traffic on the app is that all the deals are only available through the app. Even when I'm writing this review it changed the font colour to white colour so anyone who types the feedback has trouble doing so. Because it blends with the white background and makes the font invisible to read and review. Third class app makers tbh. Never going through this ordeal ever again!
