App worked great until I recently updated it and now I can’t choose to disable autoplay.

App has totally different articles than website and are not in synch with website. Too many ads built into articles. Stale news stores on app. I REFUSE TO WATCH 3 MIN ADJUST TO READ AN ARTICLE. PITIFUL APP! During Hurricane app has ads built in for you to watch vice vital Hurricane news. A new disgraceful low!

It’s a great app but I would love to have dark mode.

I’ve been reading the news just fine for years until recently. Every time I peruse now ads are popping up every few secs while reading. Very annoying to the point that I have now deleted the app. No longer worth it.

I really like the New4Jax until this recent update. When opening the app, it launches an ad with audio. REALLY DON’T like that especially if I’m sitting waiting during an appointment and I have to quickly shut it down. PLEASE change that with your next release!!!

The tv app (Sony Bravia) worked great for a year then suddenly stopped working…freezes when you can open it or just a black screen. I have deleted and reinstalled but still the same. OTA same….Worked great for a year then recently started pixeling out. Ch47 app no problem but really miss channel 4.

Constantly freezes during “Updatting” .even turning device off and then back on does not help.

Please make vcal training mandatory for all women broadcasters. Almost every female’s voice is screeching . Channel 4 is not the only channel guilty. Some on national television have ear-splitting voices.

Local news reports are poorly written, either no source information (opinions that aren’t clearly stated), not complete, or completely one sided interviews. AP articles are cherry picked and rarely tell a complete story if they are ever updated (still a story about Jill Biden having COVID). Just Google “Jacksonville FL News” for locals and use a national/world news app for anything else.

I don’t watch the news anymore because of the lies these news channels shows. And they are all pawns in a game of chess. I will delete my app and encourage others to do so. They aren’t on the right side of history. Never again will I watch the news, or look at the app.
