Subscription problem
I have been active subscriber and want to continue but god knows why each month my auto renewal gets in problem. And i get message that it failed. My other monthly subscriptions like netflix they are working fine with same payment method. I dont is it govt rules or special treatment towards news or its your system causing this issue. But when i try to subscribe you via your app it only gives yearly option so i am not able to subscribe via monthly option. Please include that in your app.
More subscription options on app
I want to support you but there is only one subscription option on the app. It is convenient to buy subscriptions from apple wallet quickly. If possible, please include all subscriptions options and donations options on the app. Otherwise, amazing app and amazing news. Thank you!
About accessibility of your application with screen, reading software
I am blind, and I use your application on iPhone with VoiceOver screen reading software I love your shows, but I am not able to use your application because of inaccessibility This is the reason that I’m not able to subscribe to that because what is the use if I’m not able to use your application properly? With this attitude, you will end up using all your listeners who are dependent upon screen. Reading software is Please make your application accessible as soon as possible

Widgets
Hey NL team, the app is good but you need to give a widget for ios so we can quickly scroll through major news piece and read it on the go. One skips opening the app many time, a widget can act as a good reminder to read the articles. Hope you add that soon.
No monthly subscription anymore
When I tried to rejoin after couple of months, it seems that there is only quarterly and yearly subscription available. Not happy with the available choices

Remember this is a subscription based initiative. Remember they do NOT have any support like our legacy media walas have. Now look at the app! It works flawlessly and supports multiple devices.
