No pricing transparency
It is impossible to find a pricing schedule for the service. Ultimately, in my opinion, it is overpriced. For a 10-15 minute distance by the slow scooter an Uber is likely cheaper and air-conditioned

Horrible. Stole my money. Would only allow one rental. Obviously traveling with company. Started rental on one unit, still charged for the 45 seconds that it took me to realize that it was a waste.
Could be a little faster maybe I got a bad one but enjoyed my ride
So they don’t post prices anywhere, they only offer you prepaid plans which are like 33 dollars for one consecutive hour of riding the scooter. This is unnecessary if you are just going 10 min down the road which you would probably thinks costs a few dollars or 5 at most, but then you can’t park it anywhere so you have to park in the street and walk to anywhere that you may want to go further. In total I road the scooter for ten minutes and spent 20 dollars, you can’t stop the time unless you are in specific spots, the scooters go extremely slow compared to other scooter share companies as well. I would definitely recommend to everyone that they should just Uber instead of wasting money on those things.
Overpriced and my kickstand kept falling

Cost way to much for a quick lil ride 4$ for 2 min.
At 2am I find myself with awful heartburn from Olive Garden spaghetti. So I head out in seek of some tums. Hotel said that their convenience store is open 24 hours a day so I head there just for it to be closed. Next idea Google said the cvs that’s around the corner is 24-7 so I head there on foot after passing one of these scooters, just for CVS to be closed. While walking in the opposite direction is a Walgreens a half mile up the road. I’m like I’ll use that scooter in my time of need. I download the app and accept the $25 fee just to find out the scooters have a strict time line. Nowhere on the site shows hours of operation. So after a 1 mile walk I’m better but without a scooter ride. I’ll delete the app now. Off to leave a bad review to CVS.
The app crashes and the scooters don’t work half the time. Now I have multiple refunds after being on with support. Avoid like the plague.
Next time I’ll save money and get an Uber
