The NEXITY mobile application allows you to conveniently use a network of over 60,000 electric vehicle charging stations across Europe. The application allows you to reserve a charging point, as well as start and end your vehicle's charging session. With it you can safely settle your payments for charging services.

With the help of the NEXITY mobile application:
• you will find a convenient charging point on the map and check its current availability (available - in use - unavailable) and prices at the station
• reserve a charging point - it will be available when you reach it
• you reach the selected charging point using the navigation instructions
• identify yourself at the charging station to remotely start and stop charging your vehicle
• you can monitor the amount of energy supplied and charging power in real time
• you pay for reservations and / or a charging session where the station operator requires it (payable stations) - the payment will be billed automatically
• you will gain access to historical data - you can monitor your expenses and the amount of energy loaded
• you gain access to thousands of operators and their stations

To charge your electric vehicle using the mobile application, register in the NEXITY network. Download the application and go to User Profile, then click the "First Steps" icon. You can also register directly on the Registration page (link: https://registration.nexity.io/register).
Electric vehicle charging services at stations available in the NEXITY network are billed in the prepaid or postpaid model, based on the prices in force at individual stations. Top up your account during user registration and use the entire infrastructure available within the NEXITY network.

Registration is not working
The registration flow is not not working, tried with different emails and every time there is an error : please make sure there Email exists and/or try again later. After contacting support and providing my data via email for registration they said they created account for me and I should get an activation link. I haven’t got any emails with the activation link after several tries. Application is a low bar for such an application, when user is not able to even register - one of the simplest steps. Hence some chargers are not acceptable(they are only for registered users) and for others - the price is higher.
Co to za sieć, co za gniot?
Niewidoczne w aplikacji stacje ładowania, pomylone numery stacji ładowania, Możliwość skorzystania ze stacji od szczęścia, zero serwisu, brak możliwości zgłaszania błędów! Gratulacje ‼️
Useless
Completely useless at this stage. Cannot register (due to bug) without contact center assistance. Cannot add payment method - not in the app nor thru contact center. @App Store, what’s wrong with your certification process? This app should not be allowed in the store.
So many issues
It feels that the developer has forgotten about this app. Often times the charger just doesn’t connect to the car. And then there is no way to report any problems because the feature for reporting problems is broken.
Cannot register
App itself runs, but cannot register into it.

Mam założona aplikacje i zrobiona rejestracje od zeszłego roku korzystałem z ładowania kilkukrotnie i tu wielkie zdziwienie zróżnicowanie cen ładowania 50kw Chademo od 2,2 zł za kWh do 4,6 zł za kWh Aplikacja obsługuje różnych właścicieli stacji ładowania Czechy.
Nie ma dramatu ale
Brakuje informacji w postaci powiadomienia o zakończonym ładowaniu.
Nie działa opcja ulubione stacje
Po wielu problemach udało mi się zarejestrować ale niestety aplikacja chyba została zapomniana przez wydawcę. Nie działa dodatkowo opcja dodawania stacji do ulubiony
Brak kontaktu
Od końca 2022 roku przestałam otrzymywać Faktury za lądowanie. Z firma nie da się skontaktować, telefon rozłącza się pod pretekstem ze „wszystkie linie są zajęte”, próbowałam tez przez formularz kontaktowy - brak odpowiedzi. Maile w ogóle nie docierają, dostaje zwrotna informacje ze nie dostarczono. Mam wrażenie, ze ta firma przestała istnieć
