Nexonia Expenses

Very poor app and website. Non intuitive, not user friendly system. Need a rocket science degree to understand how this work. Anti-productive tool.

Development seems to have stopped a few years ago. Needs a decent Uber integration - who is going to order an Uber from within the clunky Nexonia app??

Beware, the latest update causes the app to crash out when you try and add a receipt to an expense item. Pretty much fundamental function for an expense system!

This app is critical to my business. Great to see the investment in the redesign and usability. Would recommend highly.

For someone always travelling, having an app that allows you to send expense reports as you go is quite invaluable. Nexonia's app is really easy to use as it is intuitive. A must-have for business travellers.

This app solves many challenges that I was having in the past, which including keeping track of al receipt, manual scanning, filling up excel sheet... And many more you can imagine ... I have made a suggestion of allowing to crop photo, as you couldn't take correct photos of all type of receipts. I hope my suggestion gets listened. It deserves 5 stars with crop feature included although I have given 5 star in advance.

Great way to keep up with expenses while still traveling

I've been using the app for business expenses for a year, now, and it's a fantastic tool. Of course it's a client to a larger back-end expenses system, and not designed to be a standalone tool. I can photograph my receipts using my iPhone camera, add the expense detail, and sync with main expenses system. A really well designed interface, too.
