With the new update, the photos are not uploaded/files name based on the sequence the photos were taken in. In the app I can still filter/sort them correctly, but on the computer the sort options do not allow to sort based on photo age. This makes it very difficult to export a pdf photo sheet to share with insurance where the photos are in order. Even when I put numbers in the photo description it can’t order them in sequence. It orders them like this; 1, 10, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, (I think it looks at the first digit of a double digit number separate from the second digit)

The user interface for the app has always been disastrous but with the new photo update it’s taking triple the time to update job files properly. Try fixing what’s already broken before adding new features that cause a plethora of new issues

Half my life is spent waiting for this software to respond… closing and reopening (crashing)… Too much fluff and not enough attention paid to making the meat and potatoes work efficiently. We don’t need calendar features. We need compliance tasks that respond as one example.

5-20-24 updated. Why would you change the X and CHECKMARK in notes??? For people who use this program all of the time, we get used to buttons being in a certain place and when you flip them ? I'll be typing a note and subconsciously clicking where I have clicked for years and it will delete my note !!! Just ridiculous. Way to make a slow even slower with your latest update. Good grief, why don't you work on fixing something that matters like the authorization forms in the documents section so they can get signed and we can get paid. It worked fine about a year ago but you keep updating until it doesn't work anymore. Don't fix something if it isn't broke . It feels like this is some experimental test program. Forced by my job to use this app. Luckily for me I generally only use the time sheet, WHICH DOESN'T ACTUALLY TRACK TIME! We’ve only had it a month hopefully they will change again soon and waste more money from our bonus pool

Takes forever to load any tabs, you have to wait for every click you need to do. Every time they update they break it more. My guys will login and click a customer, set phone down and go work for a while. Come back click the next tab and set it back down. Go work for a while and come back to click the next tab. It reminds me of dialup

decent app… but please let us choose whats shown when entering the app. for instance i want calendar to be instantly chosen not “my jobs” and for the search option can you include synonyms like ABC or XYZ (examples)

This app constantly logs me out right after using it. Doesnt have a good search feature. I can type a name and it wont pull it up half the time. Itd be nice if that worked off name address or job number. It also has major problems uploading photos. I have photos that havent uploaded for over a week. Even when cell signal is good and every other app works, this one doesnt. It is essentially useless in the field. My manager asks for photos that have been uploading for days. Please fix this issue.

It takes forever to upload pictures and the biggest problem is it lets the phone sleep while uploading and kicks you completely out of the app. Then you have to resign in and start all over. Find the job log in and start uploading again. If you can sometimes it freezes and won’t allow any more pics uploaded. Then you have to make another file and try to upload again. And the process repeats. In documents it will stay open for hours but pic quits in less than a min unless the uploaded babysittits the program and doesn’t allow the phone to sleep. For companies like ours that depend on photos for insurance companies. We can only ask technicians to upload photos but they can’t be blamed when the software kicks them out before the upload is completed.

Its boring, half the things dont work, time for video uploads idk why thats not there in the beginning,
