Kept asking me to review my order before completing. Had to do it 10+ times before completed. Things in my bag became unavailable without notice

Every time I try and sign in there’s an error message saying access denied, and that I don’t have permission to sign in on this server. No issues on the website but I now can’t use the app.

On my iPad my cart never shows on the top right of the page, as shown on your demo pages. D’ont know how to get to it and it makes it impossible to edit my order.

The app should have a section for easy returns! And I shouldn’t be charged for each separate shipment

I’ve found it disgusting that the CEO of Next supports the genocide of Poor Palestinians. No food, no medicine, no water in Gaza and the CEO is promoting the criminal IDF. I found it against humanity to buy anything from Next. I’ve been a loyal Next customer but not ANYMORE. You have children’s blood in your hand. Be a human and boycott Next.

Glitches a lot. Bag freezes. Checkout locks. Often have to contact customer services.

I am struggling to understand how a retailer as profitable and popular as Next can struggle to design and produce an app that works. The last one was rubbish and this one, while appearing to look better and be more user friendly doesn't work! After spending an hour browsing the catalogue and adding various products to my basket I went to checkout and found my basket was empty. What a complete waste of time! Such a poor app puts me off next generally - if they can't provide the convenience to customers of an app that works, why should I bother!?
