Before finding this app, I was so unsuccessful at sticking with a workout. Finally, I decided to put together my own HIIT program with exercises, and intervals, I would actually do. It has worked wonders. It is so easy to use and modify. I am so grateful.
This app use to be amazing but the updates have caused a weird glitch where the app doesn’t keep up with the exercises so you have to scroll to find which one you’re on. So obnoxious during a workout.
Love this app! Perfect for my daily stretch routine. And a bonus - customer service is outstanding! I had some silly questions about how to use the app when I first started using it and received great support! I use this app all the time and couldn’t be happier!
Nice to be able to plan my own routine. I use it every day. I landscape screen-mirror from my phone to my TV, that's great!
When software is at its best, it helps humans be better versions of themselves… this humble little app lives up to that. I started looking for a timer when I was running meetings with my team where each person needed to speak, and we need to make it all the way around but I didn’t want to be the one personally interrupting everyone. This solved that problem perfectly. I’ve since started using it for blocking all tasks. I hate doing around the house and just setting aside time for them. If I exercised, I would use it for that too…
So far as I can tell, the free version doesn’t do anything at all.
Just what I needed for daily use to help manage my time. Really easy and simple app to use, no need for extra gimmicks.
I started using it right before Covid and tried other interval apps along the way. After all these years, this app stood out because of the ease of use, intuitive GUI and a very responsive development team - who are always looking to take feedback to evolve this app. My search is over and has been the only interval app I use with kiddos and buddy workouts.
I can’t figure out how to make any kind of working timer. It worked in the past; I’ve used this app for years. Now it’s either utterly broken or using it has become too arcane. Sorry. But I gotta move on.
