Very upset to lose my number from over 3 years because notifications don’t work
I got a nextplus number in 2021 and kept it for over 3 years. I would get a notification if I needed to use it or lose it and I would. Within the last few months, my notifications would not work. Texts or notifications would just show up for a second and disappear permanently. So unless I manually went to the app and opened it, I wouldn’t know anything was sent to me.
So I missed the reminder to use my number and I’ve lost it after having it for so long. I’m pretty upset. And what’s worse is that I can’t seem to create a new number from the same area code I had before.
I read that this has been a problem from another reviewer, and I literally just saw that the latest bug fix was supposed to fix this glitch and I’ve updated the app but still have the same problem.

Threatening messages
I have been receiving threatening messages from this app stating that they are going to take their number back because I haven’t used it in three days. I’m shocked that they’re allowing this type of behaviour once you give something somebody it is illegal to take it back. it’s called broad it is also a liability that I’ve been receiving different phone numbers from people. I don’t know that claim this was somebody else’s phone number is also alarming that I’ve been also receiving scam and fraud. Text messages sent to me from scam numbers belonging to canada. It is absolutely disgusting that you offer an app that you know that you need to take back the number that it is not the person’s app that holds the appI will have to find a different app. You need to download videos to get four cents. Add it to your account so you can make one call out. It is absolutely disgusting to report you and make report on Google for this app. unfortunately today I received another threatening message stating that they were going to take my number back and I would have to apply for a new one recently. I’ve been receiving dick pics, scam calls, and worst of all people claiming that this is their number I’m absolutely discussed it with an app like this and can’t believe it was made for children.

Free credits
It just sucks can we not watch one video per 4cents and don’t tell when you can next earn credits. Other than that it’s just a useful app to get calls or text but to call out need to buy minutes and minimize the ads and allow for quick responses
Worst experience of my life
I absolutely hate this app. It’s a complete waste of time you’d be better off training, carrier, pigeons, or learning native smoke signals if you want to feel stupid and ripped off, I definitely recommend this app
