Its not working

I gave this game a one star because I had brought the astra slaughter function but was not able to use it because I did not buy the intergalactic supply. Then I asked for a refund soon after I realized it but no one answered so I asked apple for a refund and they did. Now the developers want to lock my account for something I was never able to use. I have reached out to customer service in game, on discord, and facebook and no one has answered. Maybe this one star review will get someone’s attention because I like the game but it is becoming very pay to win. I have invested all I can into the game right now.

I played this game for a while and the faction help is great but it’s not enough you’ll get constantly raided by people who are much stronger than you and you'll lose of course. The material you need for rebuilding your army are next to impossible to get unless you have a faction that’s willing to spend their resources to cover you or spend at least hundreds of dollars out of your pocket. Even if you do get the faction help or spend money you’ll just get raided the next day it’s definitely not worth it.

City only lvl 8 but so far so good. Pros and Cons Pros- -Nice graphics -Different factions provide different looks of structures. -VIP stays active when invested in -Story kinda interesting and interactive npcs -Game forces you to slow down and understand some mechanics Cons- -Pay 2 win kinda. -Not a huge difference from other city games Break I wish there were faction pets like behemoths. Ones you raise to adulthood to fight like a server boss, also an option to actually gear up the character you portray. All in all a good game.

This is a strategic game. If new may need a team to better help understand the game. Ask questions, sadly there will be times when a team stays silent. Building your flying boat or craft has been a nightmare. Not enough help to better understand, * I do have short term memory loss due to trauma so I take screenshots of anything helpful. Concept not new, but for all the levels the need for rss goes high fast. Your building time longer as well. With 1&2+ days waiting, gather rss. Each bug has a specific rss, I kill until I’m out of fuel, then gather. Solar panel research to speed up your gaining of gas. Also as you hero’s gain power take off craft place back, it will not give any added power until they are removed & put back. This is crucial, no one will tell you, I found out hard way. Stick with it you can play for free, I do and I pay some when I have it to spare. Enjoy the game.

I’m two minutes in and I still can’t play because there’s an un-skippable movies showing that I have no interest in. And when that’s done, there’s a conversation that I can’t skip. How annoying. Delete.

Game is fun. Just like every other strategy game. It definitely is pay to win if you have the money. But don’t need to buy anything - just takes a lot longer to advance. As far as customer service - oh boy it’s very bad. Don’t expect to ever get a response back if there’s a problem. Had a few messages regarding a game bug - sent multiple messages. They say we will get back to you. It’s been weeks, still waiting for them to get back to me haha. So careful how you spend your money because if there’s a problem, you ain’t getting it back any time soon

What a great game. Brings together a great combination of art work and graphics with outstanding game play. Love the alliance system and a great way to make friends and help each other out.

You will receive trauma induced by humanity with the social capabilities of this game. People bring real life aspects into the game and are narrow minded. The fact that you have to buy things in this game for anyone to respect you as a player or a leader is absurd. How about we make it where the “underdogs” can get somewhere. About to ask for refunds for every purchase I could make and delete the game. Not worth it. Don’t even start playing, it’s awful.
