Useless App
App can’t pull up my reservation no matter what I enter. At least I have an email confirmation of the reservation and payment.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app for my upcoming trip and every time I click on transfers or anything it redirects me to download the app although I’m on the app
App doesn’t work to book excursions
Cannot book an excursion. Says error.
Very frustrating
I haven't even left more for my trip and am having trouble with this app. I have registered and entered my trip information which is fine, but when I click on activities or excursions it takes me to a browser which requires me to log in to book but does not recognize my login credentials. I thought maybe it was that I'd forgotten my password, so I clicked on retrieve password. Only for it to tell me it could not send me an e-mail to retrieve my password. At this point I am unable to book any excursions because of whatever glitching is going on with this app. I am very nervous that it will not work properly when I'm actually on the vacation and based on other reviews I'm probably right.

Not user friendly
I’ve been trying for an hour to confirm a hotel transfer. The app keeps going in circles asking me to pay for something I’ve already paid for.
Poor design
I’m using it because I have to since the travel agent booked us with the company. Horrible interface.
Terrible and useless
Endless circle of go to the app, go to the website. No booking info, can’t change transfer time when flight is delayed.
