Purchased two camera’s and cannot connect one of them with my Apple phone. Wasted three hours trying to connect, boxed up and dumped in my garage now. Really not fit for purpose!!!!!!! One star is too high for this product! Have you given up on this app? If so, is there any other you know that might run these cameras or are scrap now!!!!!! Update. My iPhone 10 would not set these camera’s up. I tried my iPhone 6+ and that worked with no issues. Once setup I updated the camera’s and the iPhone 10 works once they are on the network, but still can’t be used to set them up. Now they are working, the cameras are very good indeed. I can’t fault the app, clarity of images great, human tracking is excellent. From a frustrating start to a very pleasing product and would now highly recommend to anyone. Update. 01/08/2020 These cameras are still working perfectly, carried out one or two firmware updates, not sure what they improved, but can’t fault the cameras for their performance and they connect every time I log in. Update. Both camera’s are still working flawlessly with no issues.
