I’ve been trying to verify my tabby account through this application. I’ve multiple times complying with instructions stated, but it always fails. I hope they will find ways to improve this app as it gives inconvenience to user

Cannot login no English translation for this apps. No contact number to call to.

No English, when logging in it will redirect you to Nafath app store not directly to the app even you already have it on your mobile.

App is unusable. Can’t even put my login username or change language because it just close right away.

I try maybe 50 times but it’s not working saying face field I don’t know what is the issue Dear developer Kindly fix this issue Thank you

حاولت الدخول عبر نفاذ لموقع البنك لاني خارج المملكه لكن للاسف كل المحاولات فشلت رغم ادخالي الرقم الصحيح . بصمة الوجه مشكله كبيره في البرنامج

التحديث الجديد سيء جدا مو راضي يدخلني ابدا غير رجعوا بصمة الوجه افضل بكثير واسرع

الدخول فقط عن طريق نفاذ. وعند المحاولة لدخول (الدخول عن طريق نفاذ لايعمل في الوقت الحالي)

إلغاء بصمة الوجه من البرنامج أفضل

مايفتح التطبيق كل مادخل يخرجني
