I was told through my State Association that I would be able to access the rules books for my three sports through this app. The app keeps displaying “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I’ve uninstalled and re-downloaded the app. It won’t even let me create an account. It’s like the NFHS isn’t even trying with this app.
What was once a great website/app has now become all but worthless. It just flat does not work.
Support for this app is nonexistent. No response via email, the support button errors out. It’s a waste.
Non-functional app that doesn’t allow the official to add any rule books. If you try to add a book, the app simply opens a white screen with no fields, buttons, or any way to interact. Most screens display “Something went wrong, please try again.”
I am in the same situation as other coaches and officials noted below. App does not work and no support available.
Same as everyone else. I purchased books with real money. Now, they are completely gone. App keeps saying “Oops, something went wrong”. What a trash app. Fix it!
Paid for rule book access and never got it, reached out to them and never heard back. Wasted $35 for nothing.
I’m a high school lacrosse coach. I purchased the rule book 10 months ago and it disappeared. Contacted customer service and no reply. Paid the fee again for the rule book. My money was transferred a week ago and no tule book. This doesn’t feel like a legitimate site. Beware.
Don’t work with Iphone
I’m over this app. The 2024 NFHS fast pitch softball season starts TOMORROW for us and books aren’t available to download? Further, we already pay annual dues, why are we PAYING for electronic versions when they are sent to printers and publishers in that very media already? Uninstalling the app.
