App is very handy but when you go to pay off the overdraft protection using the payment feature, it doesn't show the interest due until you payoff the amount shown in the payment/transfer page! Example, showed $550.00 due, after making the payment, it showed $0.12 due. So it doesn't shows at any point the interest due! Now I have to do another payment for the balance due. This issue needs to be fixed or having instructions showing on how you can find the interest due so a person can include it in the payment!! Please fix this!!! New review 17 March 2024: Changing my star rating to one star due to the latest update. I use both my iPad and iPhone on this app but the latest update made it difficult to use the app on my iPad!! Why did they take away the opportunity from the customer to be able to use the app in the landscape position on the iPad? Ever since I’ve used the app on my iPad, you could always use it in the landscape but now I’m forced to use it in the portrait position and hold my pad different than the way I’ve been using which makes it very difficult!!!!! My iPad, if it is plugged into the bottom of the pad, I now have to unplug the power cord due to having to hold my pad out away from me in the portrait position and cause stress on my fingers due it not being small like a phone. Please give the customer the option to select how to view the display! Give them the option to let it rotate so it can be used landscaped please just like it always has been for many years!! If I put the app on my smart TV, would I have to pull my TV off the wall and turn it vertical on its end to use the app? I don’t thinks so but you took it away from the customer to choose using their iPad. Maybe the app designer uses his phone to design the app and prefers portrait? Maybe they should think of the customer!! Please update the app to allow for rotation for the user to decide which way they want to view it! Thank you!!
Ever since I got the iPhone 15 Pro, the app won’t let me click “Accept” for the Login Disclosure. Since I can’t click the button, I can’t use the app. Please fix!
With the latest update version, I lost the landscape view on my iPad. Can you please fix this issue in the next update?
This is a great app for all the things I want to do with it—checking balances, transfers, Zelle, etc. The latest update eliminated landscape mode on the iPad. My iPad sits on the Magic Keyboard stand and is essentially a laptop for my uses. The lack of landscape mode means I have to remove the iPad from the keyboard stand or just use my iPhone for NGFCU.

Fix zelle can’t use zelle app because it takes me to this bank app and zelle don’t work on this
I have been sending money through Zelle into my account but when I try to access and send money elsewhere through my NGFCU account it says “unknown error” what is with this? I can Zelle my money from my other accounts in, but I can’t Zelle it to my other accounts from my NGFCU??? Disappointing. It just keeps saying unknown error. Now I have to figure out how to transfer my OWN money using another method different from the one I originally used. Frustrating, and time consuming trying to figure this out.
I’ve tried to access Zelle on the app for several days and continue to receive an “unknown error” message.
I have been a dedicated member since 1985 and love my NGFCU! Serving employees of Northrop Grumman and LA Metro since 1946! A great App easy to use and provides all the mobile functionality you would expect from a large institution.
