The Health Kampung feature allows residents living in the Central and North region of Singapore to book health and social programmes organised by our community partners, alongside the national programme, Healthier SG (HSG).

App only works with IOS 16.1. So you need to own an expensive later model iphone for this to work

App doors not open in iphone7

Support of iOS 15 & below

App cannot work. A lot of elderly are still having iOS 15 & below. Do continue support for the lower version if your target is to reach as MMG any users

App shut down after update

Hi I'm using iPhone 7 plus. After updating the app today, once I click it, it open and shut off in a blink of an eye. Kindly resolve this issue. Thanks and regards

Can’t TTSH be subsumed under HealthHub?

Unable to view appointments of Care receiver

I would like to view and manage all appointments of my care receiver. Currently I only receive it via SMS and it’s hard to track the many different appointments.

Birth date no matter fill cannot pass

I fill the birthday date correctly but still put “the field is required”how?

Terrible App

The app claimed that it cannot run on my iPhone and stated that my iPhone is jailbroken. I just spent 40 mins with Apple support, they scan my phone and did tests. Result: My new iPhone purchased via Apple website is not jailbroken. What on earth is your app trying to do to my iphone?

App every time I click on it

Using an older iPhone 6 with IOS 12.5.7 which cannot be upgraded anymore. I can download the app on the phone but when I click it just crash. Do I have to get a new phone to use this app?
