Hasn’t scanned anything I’ve tried. They said they’ve updated it but no tins are being scanned

Useful to easily see the traffic lights for each product to make a healthier choice or at least know the product you’re eating may not be the healthiest but it’s your informed choice whether to switch or make adjustments elsewhere

Just get an Ooops message, try again!?

As the heading says the app keeps saying oops something went wrong! 😑 I am so very disappointed that this keeps happening ☹️ I will persevere with it over the next few days and see how it goes. Who knows, it could be just a glitch?!

This apps does not seem to work all I get is oops. Tried number of bar codes glad I did not pay for it.

Why does every item I scan refuse to work , it says try again And again And again

Every single item in my large weekly shop came up as ‘oops try again’ Not worth the bother

When I finally got the app to scan a barcode it then decided that there was no internet connection, according to the phone I had full internet connection. I then tried it on my wife’s phone but exactly the same problem occurred. Don’t bother to download this app

Keeps saying something went wrong try again! Rubbish!!!

It allows you to see a man chased by the sugar and also it shows you smart swaps
