I used to be able to make claims and check my remaining claim dollars but now it is just a basic list of links to green pass and contacts? Why?

Your bot instructs me to go to Accounts. But where in the app is accounts? For a new client, your app is particularly unfriendly. I have been trying for some weeks to update my account details without any results. NIB tells me that if a “decline” is received twice from the bank, i can’t update my account details. So I ask, “If the bank is declining a direct transfer (because of an error made by NIB) how do I correct my details, particularly when i ring to check the details NIB has on file which prove to be correct but the app is wrong!?” And you query why I give you a poor performance response in a survey. Poor performance? Your app performance is lamentable and demonstrates monumental incompetence by either the app designer or supervisor!! How can the details read to me from the operator’s screen be correct yet the details on the app be incorrect? Carl Davis
