App not working when needed most!!!

I can’t send money through fund transfer. After filling up all the required details and entering the pin. When I try to touch the right button. It won’t respond at all. No matter how many attempts I do it doesn’t respond. It might be server issues or software bug. Whatever it is, please fix it as soon as possible.

The app along with the process of unblocking accounts needs an in depth review. I tried to use forgot password feature and it bugged out in the mid process and when i tried to reset it once again, it blocked my account. Now the only way to unblock my account is to visit the branch in person. Well, thank you, you autistic developers and your garbage app.

The customer care doesn’t even listen when i call and the app has not been working even when I’ve tried so many times. It always says error making request, I’ve tried with wi-fi a s well as data now.

I face glitch many times with online banking system. Money reduce from my account but other person can’t received his/her money. I feel tired with this problem. The nice point is they return our money/point in our account after call in service center . But it takes some times. We are not son of bilgets soo we have limited ammount on our account . Soo i face big problem many times . Soo i pay first before shop anything 🤯 such a amazing system🥵

The latest update just shows a splash ad from the bank. It has effectively blocked login and has prevented me from accessing my account. This is very inconvenient. Why do they push unnecessary app updates that breaks functionality every time instead of fixes? I’m scared to update the app every single time.
