Nica - Panic Attack Relief Aid

Never feel alone during your panic attacks with Nica by your side! Meet with Nica, chat with her, have some suggestions from her, play different simple games that can distract you, or listen to some different relaxing sounds!
WHAT IS NICA - PANIC ATTACK RELIEF AID?
During panic attacks, especially if nobody is physically with you at that moment, you may feel so alone and get scared. You may feel like something bad is going to happen and you may feel like you have no control over it. In those moments, you may need a friend or companion along the way who can distract you, give some calming and friendly suggestions you would be happy to hear, or just be a guide to you in a moment when you can't think clearly. For instance, if you feel like you can't stop your thoughts, Nica your friend is going to be your side and respond with "You are in control. I know that you may feel like you are not. But just be sure again that you literally are :)"
Nica will chat with you, Nica will let you pop her balloons, Nica will need your help to get happier, Nica will need your help to grow flowers in her garden and you will listen to some calming sounds together. Nica will always be your side. She is your companion, your friend, your helper. And you are never alone!

- Grow flowers in Nica's garden is a memory game where you match cards and it will help you to shift your focus away from the cards
- Listen to eight different calming sounds with Nica which are rain, ocean, forest, fire, aquarium, and wind chimes.
