Please fix

Crashing more now after update and automatically opens up. Hard to select other system.

I’ve had this app a few years now and never had issues until recently. It will be working fine and then it will not connect to my system. I have to delete the app and reinstall. Now, that doesn’t even work!!! I have to call my audio people, which is not ideal because it takes days to get an appointment. I’m ready for a reliable app!!!

Software support is horrible…. Your update 7 months ago has made accessing my controller a pain. Have to turn off wifi to connect. If you leave the area of the main Wi-Fi access and enter a room with a eero you are no longer able to directly connect or stay connected to your controller. This problem was not there till you made the update. I have been running 3 eero’s in my home since I bought your system 2.5 years ago and never had a issue. How about you fix your update. This problem affects the app on iPhones, Samsung phones and iPads.

As any tech gadgets, if it’s not setup correctly or using garbage network to support the traffic those connected devices needs, you will have a very bad experience……. Please don’t blame the system, blame the installer or not enough budget to buy an enterprise network to handle the system needs…… As you can see, the reviews are one star or 5 stars, the one star reviews installed on a budget, and the Five Stars installed a Pro with great network and cabling and programing to match the outcome

The old Elan app was a little finicky with a poor UI, but it worked. This one replaced the Elan app (under new ownership), and it is just flat unreliable. Most of the time it won’t connect, which means I can’t play music on my Elan system. Just a garbage app, and I will not be upgrading my Elan G system. I’m moving to another home automation system since this is what you get from not so Nice.

I have to use my cell phone service because it will not work when on the same WiFi.

Really frustrating app. Crashes frequently and have technical difficulties almost daily.

We use this app for our home audio system. We have to delete the app and download it in order to log on. This is occurs almost everytime we need to play music, change stations, or even to change the volume....frustrating!!!

This is hands down the worst app in the entire world. They hired a high schooler to code it. You have been warned
