Nickel - An account for all

I opened my account, maybe two days ago still my account not activated. I tried so many times to contact with their customer service, but the customer service assistant are too much rude and not even enough responsibility they have to communicate with the client. I selected the language for English but when they received there was a Portuguese assistant and she also speak with me in Portuguese and she told me that she will pass the phone to her another colleague in one minute but there wasn’t any other person who took my phone and communicate with me .I tried two days now I just fed up.

Banque frauduleuse avec des agents tres desagrables. Ils retiennent l’argent des gens sans possibilité d’accès ou ferment les comptes sans raison. Une plainte a été déposé.

AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS! fees for everything, long transfer times and more!

I’m in the UK and used UK AppStore yet the app is in Spanish. No option to change language.

Not compatible with Apple Pay, what a shame.

They cannot differentiate between first name and surname in some passports!! So I got XXX as my name! They don’t want to change it!! Because everything is automatised! Even they couldn’t tell me what my « registered » name was! Then, to cash in a cheque for the money to appear in your account it takes 28 days! Yes, 28 days!! Totally rubbish!

It has block me account without telling me any reason . I keep send them email the never respond you . I am happy I didn’t leave any large amount init

They got my transfer, didn’t put it on my account and didn’t even inform me that they refused to do so. Absolutely horrible service.
