The worst Bank online I ever seen
I opened my account, maybe two days ago still my account not activated. I tried so many times to contact with their customer service, but the customer service assistant are too much rude and not even enough responsibility they have to communicate with the client. I selected the language for English but when they received there was a Portuguese assistant and she also speak with me in Portuguese and she told me that she will pass the phone to her another colleague in one minute but there wasn’t any other person who took my phone and communicate with me .I tried two days now I just fed up.
