This is a app used by scammers and they are not even agents nor what they post are readily available. Have reported over 30-40 agents here

Once it is posted it can’t be found again, I can’t edit or take down a listed property. No option under account allows you freely view your listed properties.

The app is very professional and effective They are lots of viewers and results are real. We could go international by also supporting the listing Of Property in the uk, us And other Countries. A wonderful App.

Give users ability to rate their experiences/interactions with these agents. Some of them are very dubious and insolent. You contact them, they don’t respond or take eternity to do so. You see a property as available and schedule viewing only for them to take you to a totally different structure that the one you saw was no longer available and try to convince you to take a dumpster. You should find a way to ensure they have only one profile on your app by using their NIN to generate a unique code. Users ll not see the NIN but the agent cannot duplicate profile if his rating is messed up. Also your app should have specific section upload; lots of the agents upload same images 20 times - of the exteriors of a property. Sectionalise bedrooms; living room(s), kitchen, bathroom; exteriors to capture how many occupants in the compound and the aerial view of the building.

For agents, the app doesn’t show graphical representation of stats on iOS. If not for this, it’s easily a 5 star.
