This is another case of apple allowing apps that don’t work at all like this one...total crap.

No comparisn to Night Cap
Garbage
He fixes a bug of the previous version , changes the UI and sells it as a "new app". All the same garbage. Surprised hoe Apple allows this.
Not great...
Needs work. After several test shots, it does not seem to work better than my iPad Air camera set to AEL in low light situations.
Doesn't work
I took a picture with night vision, and the same picture with the generic camera. The picture with the app is small and crappy. The generic picture was better. This is a hoax.
Not really night vision!
It is at best an effect - it doesn't amplify the signal enough to really improve what you can see yourself in minimal light. I got it free, but deleted immediately. I can't imagine paying for it.

Looked at them all, this ones the real deal, accept no BS night vision. If you want Night Vision... This is it. Thanks dev. Awesome!!!!!

Can't believe I was enough stupid to buy this... It's really BAD!
