NIU E-Scooter

The scooter is worthless. App is worthless. Can’t get any of it to work.

App is now functional once more. I only use it to check my battery, check ride stats, and lock/unlock my scooter. Works fine for the basics.

Motor cruise mode so it accelerates slowly.

The app doesn’t give the option to customize ride setting the top speed( no dynamic mode ) and no option to modify or disable regenerative braking. Also app doesn’t save trip data. This app is a work in progress. Hopefully you guys can rebuild the app so that it can be used and enjoyed by the people who put their trust in your product.

Figured it out everyone having problems and you’re excited to unbox your scooter there’s a label on it read it the battery is in protection mode so charge it for a like 30 minutes and attempt to pair mine worked fine after that .

this app does not work it gets stuck when trying to pair my scooter with my phone i should not have to use a app to use my scooter😡

This is already my second scooter with this company (because one was stolen due to not locking on the app). Both scooters don’t connect properly. The only time it connected was when I first got it.

I just brought kqi 100p I never get my riding data even when location is on and also I don’t see any option of gps to locate my scooter

Hello I’ve tried pairing my scooter every way possible. It’s charged. Brand new out of the box and will not turn on. Please help

App is very lackluster and struggles to connect to the scooter via Bluetooth, it usually takes many tries before it connects.
