I don't get notifications when people pass by

ممتاز

Bad customer service the motion detection notifications has no video , only picture ! I asked to chat with customer service many times , no answer

I faced a bad experience in using this camera battery it never fully charged and after using it for few days it stopped charging

التحديث مستمر ولكن ليس هناك تطور مثل باقي الشركات . و التحكم والزووم ليس جيد

عند شبك التيار الكهربائي بشكل مستمر والتسجيل بوضع 24 ساعه الكاميرا خلال مدة قصيرة لاتستطيع الاتصال بالانترنت ويعطي رسالة : (الجهاز غير متصل بالانترنت يرجى التحقق من مصدر الطاقه وظروف الشبكه للجهاز ) ---------- When the power is connected continuously and recording in 24-hour mode, the camera cannot connect to the Internet for a short period of time and gives the message: (The device is not connected to the Internet. Please check the power source and network conditions of the device)

التطبيق سيئ جداً جداً مشكله بالاتصال بشبكة الانترنت كذلك لايرتبط بالكاميرا ولا الانترنت كذلك تعليق غير طبيعي للكاميرا تطبيق أسوء من السيئ. ومنيل بستين نيله

عدم اتصال الكاميرا في التطبيق مع وجود تغطية شبكة ممتازة
