eBook reader function may be an added point, but besides that, as a whole this is a downgrade rather than upgrade of an app, IMHO. The app is slow and buggy, does not show notifications when tapped, and the list of books on loan is harder to see. The light orange color showing the due date of the books is not prominent to see. And due payable info is not shown prominently either. The older version was basic, but at least did its job very well.

Personally, NLB Mobile is one of my favourite apps. I just really like reading and this apps just lets me do just that. You can even read in the browser of the app. 100% recommend.

Please fix asap. It has worsen my constipation!

In recent days, it has become impossible to read the SPah newspapers because the pages are not in focus and the pages are frozen.

Don’t update if u can. Can’t read newspaper.

After update, sph newspaper always hang and does not response.

After the latest updates, whatever notifications supposed to send to email are no longer working anymore.

It’s convenient to browse to read without haste but it feels sluggish and somewhere bad connection interferes my app opening and e-book browsing. That’s a little stressful though. Pls kindly fix this issue.

It’s quite hassle to have this app installed but to check in the seat you booked, you have to go back to the website. Moreover, the website scanning function somehow enlarge my camera that I have to pull my phone away, abt a one step distance to be able to scan the QR code on the table…

There is no seat booking function within the app. This is a much needed feature rather than having to go to NLB website to reserve a seat which one has to login again. Why login again when we are already logged into the app?
