App doesn’t allow submission of incidents. Keeps bombing out. Been happening for months now

Unfortunately it seems that the government was swindled yet again. This appears to have been done by a junior software development team. Graphic design elements and UI design looks sad. Feels like Windows 95 all over again. It’s really not that hard these days to get great UI design with not much more effort than what was done here. Nice idea, badly executed. Not making Gqheberha or Mandela proud :(

When you try to report an incident on this app all you see is black bars. There are no headings at all. The app doesn’t show you what information should be inserted in those black bars.

You can’t access any of the functions on an iPhone 12. When you press the icon, nothing happens.

Most useless app in the world

This app is a great ideas but it is poorly executed. It is missing a lot of important design and development best practices. It works crap and does not allow for smooth end to end experience. Please pull this app back and develop something better. This is not good enough. It looks horrible and works like a 1995 windows system.

I have to put my account number in each time. And pin. Can they have a once off log in.

This is an impressive App. Makes interactions with the Metro seamless. Just need to deal with the few glitches but overall good!

Please update the app. The input fields are all out of alignment

When you submit it gives error in gibberish. Now it times out on network error. Try agin later.
