nol Pay

Sometime after 9 PM and before 6 AM this app is not working to take payment. Even we have to buy a monthly pass or something like that then if I have to pay by online in nol App then it will not accept by Apple Pay. This is very bad application. If we have to buy monthly pass, then we have to go to any nearby machine there we have to recharge our card and after we have to buy pass. Totally worthless this application .

Rta should focus on apple wallet transport card

Cities like Beijing NewYork. Already have transport card option in Apple pay. RTA should focus on making NOL totally digital and recharge should have option to pay by apple/google pay.

Please launch Digital nol Card app on iPhone

The add card or top up card feature us not working as it simply is not able to scan the card when placed at the back of phone. Using iPhone 12 pro on iOS 15.1

I’ve been trying for a while to scan my cards but it is not working. القارئ لا يعمل ولا استطيع تسجيل بطاقاتي، منذ فترة وأنا أحاول.

I tried many time but they not scanning nol card . Please fix this issue or give alternative option for manual fill up nol card number.
