Neither app will let me log into my account
Tried to go check out modems andnit keeps popping all these other parts of the app to the top asking about what intrrnet you fan get so you can scroll and ser modems and cant scroll internet plan and click one. I can say maybe their internet is good but how would I kkow
They make it real easy to take your money but impossible to cancel. Nomad Internets phone number on website and app is currently not in service. Customer service consists of an auto bot reply where you leave your name and email …. Still waiting for replies to messages and emails… check out YouTube videos about nomad internet and research prior to making your purchase.
App has been down for five days. It isn’t reliable nor is the NOMAD service. I plan on canceling soonest but I can’t figure out to due to lack of customer support. Stay away!
Customer service is awful, they cut my service in December but kept charging me even after they said it was cancelled. I got a new SIM card in the mail last month and was told it was a fix to get my Legacy account working again, which it did with a surprise 300 gb cap. Was told I needed to buy a new modem for unlimited which took 3 weeks to ship. If there was literally any other unlimited option you should choose that regardless of price
Beyond a doubt the worst experience with ANY company I've ever had. Here's the short list of headaches and outright losses all in the span of just three months. 1. Locked in at monthly rate of $149 while they offered new customers lower pricing and better equipment. 2. The DionLink router they provided came with just 3 ft. of cord length to the PSU/plug and looked like it was a 2nd grader's science fair entry. 3. Only wanting to be an AT&T customer, they terminated service to my SIM without warning (!) following their new deal with Verizon. 4. Then they charged me for a SIM activation and sent two SIM Verizon cards that wouldn't activate. 5. You CANNOT speak to a real human, every time I needed service I had to wait for their chat robot to respond to me. 6. You CANNOT control your own account, there simply isn't a way to do that. If you want to quit, they make it very hard. I had to open a claim with my credit card issuer and dispute the charge. 7. Have you seen their Better Business Bureau numbers? 736 complaints in the last 3 years, 211 in the last 12 months! 8. These problems are being reported by others which suggests that the company is in fact making a quick profit at the expense of unwary consumers. 9. Even upon cancellation, which I could only do once I got a specific email address for a presumed person, there was no apology from Nomad, no offer to do right by me. 10. As a business owner with a need for a reliable service, I was completely let down by Nomad. There, 10 reasons for you to consider another company so you won't have an experience like mine and that of so many others.

This company cut my service on December 7th and has been billing me ever since. You cannot email them or cancel your service through this app or online, they direct you to the cancellation line. The cancellation line does not work (nobody ever answers, believe me, I tried.) Josh Garza, the owner, has been convicted for fraud in the past (look it up). I’m not the only one, thousands of people are going through this (again, look it up). Do not sign up for Nomad internet.
Satisfactory product, easy-to-use application interface
Though I love the internet their phone Customer Service needs some real overhaul. Every time you call any number they have recordings that go to other recordings or for you to leave a call back number in which they do not call back! If they ever resolve my issue I will leave a better rating!
