The support for this app doesn’t exist. Two-factor authentication doesn’t exist. You will constantly have to reset the device manually. Not worth the hassle and wish I could have returned within my device grace period.

Honestly at first we were excited to get this camera, at first everything was “good”. Everything was running well until some time. The camera said “failed to connect” it’s been having this problem a long time now! I wish I could go back time and get another different camera. Worst experience with cameras! Don’t buy this unless you want a laggy and slow camera! It doesn’t even show 15sec of videos. Max 5sec. Horrible!

When looking at the events it doesn’t show anything until the next following day. Please fix. I pay a monthly fee for this.

Failed to connect 9/10 times when trying to watch the live feed. When trying to see events the app crashes or stays stuck on Decrypting From Local Storage or From Cloud. It’s been like this forever even after updating software it does nothing. The little care they have for fixing the app when there is customers like me paying monthly is ridiculous!

Always failed to connect even though you just left the app not long ago. Doesn’t matter how many times you close and got back on, always failed to connect.

Horrible, does not connect at all when you want to replay events. Only good if you want to sit there and watch a live feed

The camera, (NOORIO) which promised easy access to live footage from anywhere at any time, has proven to be unreliable, working only sporadically. More often than not, when I attempt to check the live feed, I’m greeted with a “failure to connect” error. This is not only annoying but deeply concerning, as the primary purpose of a security camera is to provide constant, reliable surveillance. The intermittent functionality defeats the purpose of having a security system

Had no issues with their B210 cameras so I ordered a bunch of B310. I have them hard wired with cloud storage. Although somewhat delayed capture, they are decent cameras. However, a few of the cameras I have mounted upside down and in settings specify to flip video 180. It sometimes records the correct way, and sometimes sporadically saves footage upside down. No such problem with the B210 camera, only the B310. Regret making the upgrade as it is extremely annoying and hasn’t been resolved for at least 6 months.
