Terrible app
App is slow and doesn’t work. I am trying to upload it doesn’t show whether it is trying to upload or failed. Their website is also terrible.
Looks promising but not ready for everyday use
Unfortunately you can’t upload folders on mobile. Only individual files. And there is no MacOS app yet! Please resolve at least one of these issues soon!
Thank you for trying
I used NordLocker on my iPhone 12 pro max with iOS 17.1 and had no issues but recently I purchased a newer phone running iOS 18.2 and I can't even get the app to launch on it… I know there are a lot of safety things at play from both sides and I greatly appreciate the work that is trying to be done but this app is most definitely not at the final point that it has the potential of reaching. I hope it gets there very soon!!
Disappointed
This app and generally NordLocker is unacceptably bad. The app crashes constantly even just trying to view files. Simple features like auto backup are not available. I regret purchasing premium. It’s especially disappointing considering how good Nordvpn and Nordpass are. I hope Nord spends more resource in this.
For real?
I just downloaded Nord Locker, I thought it was cool they had an app. I need to go through my storage, my subscription expires soon. On the app when I deleted stuff, the items would come back. So it didn’t delete…talk about frustrating. I will say I like that it’s encrypted but they need to work on perfecting the app.
More security features
We need a travel mode
Can’t even download my own files.
Just get Icloud or google drive. This is biggest trash app. Wish I could get money back.
This is not a replacement for iCloud Photos
I paid for the premium subscription in hopes to utilize the 2T of storage for photos and videos. Unfortunately they don’t automatically sync and the systems are not compatible for such a request. Don’t bother paying for the premium plan, they make it extremely difficult to get your money back after the 30 day, if you want just a VPN okay but don’t bother upgrading. I got ripped off and can’t even cancel.
Not convenient
Mobile and web app have major failings. Mobile app preview is bad and doesn’t allow you to view even a thumbnail for larger files. Web app doesn’t allow you to watch stored videos, you have to download them to your computer. Also, uploading data takes forever and you can’t just put it in a folder and it uploads in the background like OneDrive or iCloud.
